I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting in summer 2025.
It's a private one-bedroom unit with its own bathroom and a private entrance. (1 BR / 1 BA in 4 BR / 4BA) Each room has... a private entrance. This unit is just a two-minute walk from Barracks Road Shopping Center and is conveniently located next to a bus stop.
Start Date: June 1, 2025 (Early move-in available from May 5 (negotiable), with May rent fully covered by me.)
Eligibility: 1. Full-time student. 2. A guarantor (e.g., parents) or Proof of income at least 2.5x the monthly rent (scholarships and student loans accepted).
Transfer Fee: $150 (I’ll cover half, so you pay $75). Security Deposit: $1,300. A payment of $1,375 is required on the day of the lease transfer signing.
