Spring 2025 Sublet - The Pointe, Apartment on the Corner (<10 minutes from Grounds)

Hi! I am looking for a female subletter to sublet my room in my apartment for the Spring 2025 semester. The apartment is a 4x4 apartment, and there will be 2 other third-year girls living here.

In this second floor apartment, you would have your own... fully-furnished bedroom and bathroom and would share a kitchen, common area, and in-unit washer and dryer with my 2 roommates.

As for location, The Pointe is an apartment complex located on 15th Street NW, just behind the Corner's shops and restaurants. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Corner and 10 minute walk to Grounds, making it one of the most well-located apartments in Charlottesville for UVA students. It is also right next to a bus stop which allows for easy travel around the greater Charlottesville area.
