Well balanced, these four bedroom-two bath homes offer both privacy and space for socializing. Professionally managed by University Apartments. We care about your home and your time with us. We offer 24 hour Emergency Maintenance.

A $100 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $900 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee may be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per unit.

2 off-street parking spaces are included in the rent.
