We urge you to check the reviews on the institutional property managers renting the 4BR units to students. Sounds good at first, but these units are cramped, there are hidden charges, and roommate differences usually make those setups not as attractive as they might first appear.
My wife and I are UVA alum and parents and we are very attentive to all issues that arise.
