2BR/1BA 1800 JPA Garden Unit. Completely Remodeled

This 2BR/1BA Garden Unit (not the high rise) is ideally situated in the complex: 3rd Floor overlooking the inner garden, but away from JPA car noise. This unit is newly renovated with new floors, doors, windows, and separate HVAC and temperature... control for EACH bedroom. The unit is on the top floor and has a charming balcony. A secure laundry facility is just steps from the unit.

All UVA shuttles and C'ville Free Trolley stops at 1800 JPA. This side of UVA is super safe at all hours. Check Google reviews on the institutional property managers renting to students. I am a UVA alum and parent and I am very attentive to any issues that might arise. We urge you to investigate those 4-unit, per-bedroom offerings. Sounds good at first, but they are cramped and roommate differences usually make those setups not as attractive as they might first appear.
