BIG DISCOUNT!!! GrandMarc at the Corner

Hello everybody!

I am an exchange student from Switzerland and will leave Charlottesville at the end of December. Therefore, I am looking to transfer my room at Grandmarc at the Corner for the spring semester 2025 for a monthly rent of $990 (current...
rent by Grandmarc is $1375!!!). It is the 4x4 renovated floorplan, which means you are getting a private room and bath in a renovated apartment! It also has a spacious kitchen, in-unit laundry, living room, balcony, and walk-in closets. Fully furnished. It's a prime location right at the corner and only about a 10 minute walk to the center of grounds. The other roommates are very nice and easy-going. The property also has a gym, pool, study rooms and lounge areas! The transfer process is made very easy by Grandmarc. You will also be able to renew the lease if you would like to stay longer.

Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!
Best, Sam
