We are looking for 3 to 4 subletters for our cute, furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for the spring 2026 semester.
We are willing to sublet the rooms individually or the unit. The space is clean, well-maintained, and decorated.
The apartment... would become available in mid-December and must be vacated in early June, but it does not have to be occupied the entire time.
The location is fantastic. It is blocks away from all the restaurants and bars on the Corner and a 10-minute walk to the central grounds. A UVA bus stop is steps outside the front door.
The leasing agency is responsive and quick to fulfill maintenance requests. Residents can access a gym, secure mail room, and study space.
Electrical is set up through Dominion Energy and costs approximately 60-80 dollars/ month.
