Historic early 1900's vintage property located just off of Rugby Road in the University Circle neighborhood. Lyndhall has been beautifully renovated to the height of luxury -- hardwood floors, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, porches, high... ceilings, and gas-burning fireplaces.

A utility fee covers Ting internet, trash, water/sewer, and gas for the fireplace.

Security deposit due within 30 days of lease signing. A non-refundable restoration fee is due at the lease start date.
