Master Suite in quiet house near Grounds

This is a quiet, conservative, male-only home, set in a tranquil garden. It's not a party house, but it's a peaceful place for a quiet guy to study and relax.

If you're kind, honest and quiet, we will welcome you warmly. The house is close to... Central Grounds, near the Science Departments, Engineering School, School of Education and Law School.

There's a new fully-equipped kitchen, Pergo cherry flooring, top-quality luxury Saatva beds, high-speed cable internet, central a/c and heat, free laundry & regular professional cleaning. To help you budget, utilities are fixed at $180 per month for the 2025-26 school year.

You'll have your own private suite, a large, bright room with two closets, three windows, and your own private bathroom.

The two other guys in the house are very quiet - they need to study, just like you! No distractions, no overnight guests. We're non-political and non-denominational.
