Private lower ground apartment in green, serene setting.

I am looking to rent out a lower ground level apartment in a house. It is fully furnished and very comfortable, including a private updated bathroom, private updated kitchen with dining area, ample storage, living room with desk, chair, sofa,... television, and ample shelving for books. It has a separate entrance that ensures an additional degree of privacy, and a laundry room shared with the upstairs unit. It has sliding door access to a rear patio and garden.

The house is also set on well maintained grounds with mature shady trees, a paved patio, grass area, and a creek at the bottom of the yard. It is a very green and idyllic location, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from both North Grounds and Grounds. There ample street parking, and a bus stop on the corner opposite the house.

The rent is 1,000 per month for the lower ground apartment, and we would split the utilities on top of that. I would be living upstairs with a separate kitchen and bathroom in a self contained unit, so we would both have ample privacy. We would share the garden, patio, outdoor space, and laundry room.

This apartment is the perfect opportunity for a quiet, serene, and unusually beautiful location to live as a grad student, and affords a high level of privacy. I have quite a few pictures from the property, and would be more than happy to share them and talk more about the property if any of this interests you.
