I am looking to rent out a lower ground level apartment in a house. It is fully furnished and very comfortable, including a private updated bathroom, private updated kitchen with dining area, ample storage, living room with desk, chair, sofa,... television, and ample shelving for books. It has a separate entrance that ensures an additional degree of privacy, and a laundry room shared with the upstairs unit. It has sliding door access to a rear patio and garden.

The house is also set on well maintained grounds with mature shady trees, a paved patio, grass area, and a creek at the bottom of the yard. It is a very green and idyllic location, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood about 10 minutes drive from both North Grounds and Grounds.
