Searching for Subletter: 104 Kent Terrace, Apt 1

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at a lovely 1 bed room apartment near the UVA Hospital, Nau Hall, and more! Located just off of JPA with its own parking, 104 Kent Terrace has served me extremely well during my time at UVA. It is... walkable to Central Grounds and the Corner as well as restaurants on JPA and beyond. It also has a UVA bus stop right in the back yard!

This listing is for a 1 bed room, 1 bath room unit featuring carpet, large windows to allow for natural light, and the option to add your own individual parking spot. The building is small with only 6 units so you won't have to deal with a huge building of strangers, you'll live in a quiet building with just a few nice people.

Rent is $1260 (cheaper than the rest of the units! I talked down the rent for you ;)), with utilities at an additional $60 per month (water/sewer, heat, and trash removal). There is laundry located on the same floor as the unit, which is super convenient.

I am planning on having the unit cleaned professionally once I move out, and before you do! This building is pet friendly too!
