I have an English basement-style apartment on the lower level of my home in a rural area near Zion Crossroads, about 20 minutes from UVA. It is newly completed with a full bath (shower), a bedroom with a double bed, closets, and a dresser, a living... area with lots of storage, and a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen. I am looking for a flexible tenant with the possibility of a pro-rated rent for vacated weekends when I sometimes rent my whole house out on Airbnb.
