· The private bedroom is spacious and rectangular (approximately 10–12 ft wide by 16 ft long), offering plenty of room to create distinct zones for sleeping, lounging, or working. I’ve comfortably fit a bed, desk, and additional furniture with space to spare.
· Plenty of storage in private attic access and shared garage space downstairs.
· Shared bathroom (one upstairs and one downstaris)
· Full kitchen, washer/dryer, cozy living areas (including room for nice office/workspace downstairs).
· Additional room downstairs to comfortably share office space with one other housemate.

· Quiet, safe residential street with quick access to UVA, Barracks Road Shopping Center, and Albemarle High School

You’d be living with two respectful, warm, and spectacular high school teachers (Spanish & Engineering/CompSci) and one very chill cat named Mo. These guys are some of the best people I’ve lived with—kind, tidy, communicative, and just really good company. The vibe at home is generally quiet and relaxed, respectful of with the occasional friend hang or small gathering.
