Spring Semester Room Sublet at Washington Avenue Basement Catholic Guys Apartment

We’re looking for someone to sublet a room for the Spring 2026 semester! One of our housemates is graduating this fall, so the spot opens up in January, although we could work out a move-in time a week or two earlier. The apartment is shared by two... Catholic guys (one a musician, the other a history buff), and we'd love to have another catholic/christian guy with us (Although that's more of a dream than a requirement).

**Location Perks:**
- 10-minute walk to E-way
- 5-minute bus ride to South Lawn
- Near bus stop, AFC, and in the heart of the JPA neighborhood.

**Apartment Features:**
- Furnished, with laminate floors and high-speed internet
- Patio/balcony for fresh air and quiet hangs
- Smoke-free, with in-unit washer/dryer

**Ideal Roommate:**
- Appreciates a mix of quiet and conversation
- Will unload the dishwasher
- Can handle a bit of clutter with grace
- Open to shared values, but not required
- Bonus points if you like music, theology, or nerdy debates

Rent is reasonable, utilities split, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Reach out if you're interested—we’d love to meet you.
