The Pointe

I’m a third-year UVA student looking to sublet my fully furnished room at The Pointe for the spring 2026 semester (January-May). I am looking for a female student to sublet my private bedroom and bathroom. Tremendous benefit, including a parking... space on the premises.

This is a beautiful, bright apartment fully decorated, complete with many amenities, located on 15th St., NW. It is a 4-bedroom/ 4-bath setup. Bonus, I am subletting the largest/Primary room. The Pointe is a prime property location, easy walk to grounds & the corner! You will be living with three female upperclassmen students.

The apartment has a full kitchen, living and dining area, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The entire apartment is well decorated and very comfortable, with an oversized window in the living area with a window seat for lots of natural light. The parking space is always guaranteed and makes weekly errands a breeze. There is also access to the Madhouse gym, tanning bed, hangout areas, and printers with the lease.

I’m flexible on the move-in date as well as the move-out date, and looking for someone to move in around late December or very early January.
