Walking distance to UVA & Fontaine Research Park

Apartment A is a family house, with the one bedroom basement apartment (B) being used by me (the owner). Upstairs (ground floor) It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen/dining room. In the basement is a separate large room and... second bathroom. A door leads to the laundry area (washer and dryer both recently replaced) the laundry area is shared with me (the owner) and tenants can decide which days they wish to use it, although this is flexible.

Carport and drive to the side of the house, is for tenants only as I have my own, separate, car parking spot.

Front yard is grassed and has shrubs/bushes, large back yard is also mostly grass with trees, there is a fire pit, a patio area, garden table and chairs a steam and beyond the stream is a copse - NB the back yard is a natural area so usage is at tenant's' risk.

I take care of yard maintenance but there are growing boxes in the front yard if anyone has a green thumb.

If you wish to move in before 12/01/25, that can be arranged with tenants and owner. If you want to look around, please send me an email. Thank you,
