In this prime location, you'll spend less time commuting and more time enjoying everything UVA and Charlottesville have to offer.

A $100 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $900 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee may be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per unit.

2 off-street parking spaces are included in the rent.
