1BR w/Private Bath in Shared Home

1BR w/ private bath available in 3BR, 2.5 bath townhome on quiet street in Fry's Spring neighborhood. House include wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, all major appliances, a spinnet piano (for musical folks), full kitchen acces, and outdoor... patio with grill. Landlord is a professional female in late 40's who lives on-site and enjoys having a polite, respectful, considerate, and reasonably tidy housemate who may enjoy watching movies, drinking wine, and playing the occasional game of Scrabble. House is located on a quiet street with good neighbors who look out for each other. There is a city bus stop at the top of the street which connects to the UVA bus line on JPA. It is also within walking/biking distance. This is a good fit for a female graduate student or working professional who is conscientious but doesn't take life too seriously and is tidy but can tolerate clutter during the work week. Sorry, allergies make this a pet and smoke-free environment. Must be willing to meet me and view the room in person before I will consider renting to you.
