CLEAN, FULLY-FURNISHED, CONVENIENT LOCATION - 4X4 Balcony at the Flats at West Village
Hi! I am looking for a female to take over my lease for the summer months (from May 2025 - August 2025). I stay at the Flats at West Village, which is around a 15-minute walk to Grounds, 10 minutes from the hospital, and 10 minutes from the Corner. I... live in a 4x4 Balcony unit (individual bedroom and bathroom) that is fully furnished. The apartment is south-facing with great lighting year-round and is very clean. There are 3 other girls (UVA undergrads) staying in this apartment, but only 2 are staying. Our apartment also has in-unit laundry and Wi-Fi provided. For transparency reasons, one roommate has a cat that she keeps only in her room (never let out into the common areas, may not be there for the summer either). The Flats also has various other amenities including study rooms, free printing, 24/7 gym, pool, tanning beds, and a game room/social lounge.
