Unit is located on the ground floor (not basement). No unit directly below. One unit directly above. Note that this property is right in front of JPA (the front windows look out onto the street).
Entire building shares one relatively large driveway for parking; parking on driveway is free. Street-parking is not included and needs to be sorted out with the City of Charlottesville if necessary. Parking behind the unit is also not free.
~30s walk out from a UTS bus stop (Orange/Green line) in either direction (L/R down the sidewalk) to the UVA E-School. ~12 min walk directly to the E-way (4 min bike ride, 3 min drive).
Rent is $1500/month baseline (water/sewer, trash, internet, and mowing are included in the rent; electricity is not and must be paid in addition monthly). Security deposit is $1500 and must be paid at sublease signing. Rent is to be paid on the 1st of each month and a late fee of $75 will be added for exceeding the due date by 5 days.
