Each 1 Bed /1 Bath apartment features... beautiful hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom, large windows that allow plenty of natural light, and a galley style kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, and ample cabinet space.
An additional $50 monthly utility fee includes Water/Sewer, Gas for Hot Water and Trash; Residents are responsible for all other utilities.
A $450 nonrefundable restoration fee will be due by lease start date; this covers professional cleaning and any minor restorations upon your move out.
Security deposit due 30 days after lease signing.
